Leyendecker Building Group, Inc. began in 1960, constructing single-family detached homes in Houston, Texas. In our first year in business, we built about 25 houses. Soon, we became one of Houston’s largest builders, constructing 850 single-family homes a year.

We also developed and constructed several condominium and townhome properties along the way. Today, Leyendecker Building Group, Inc. is in the business of constructing vertical, multi-family luxury apartment homes, condominiums and townhomes primarily for our own communities in Texas cities, as well as undertaking outside construction projects. But more importantly, we’re in the business of building family communities in neighborhoods people are proud to call home.

Leyendecker Building Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Leyendecker Group, Inc. is family owned and operated. We’re a very “hands on” company, with each project personally reviewed weekly by senior corporate personnel. Each project is carefully analyzed and estimated before construction begins, with proven cost and inventory control systems in place throughout construction. Landscape designers are consulted in the initial stages to ensure visual continuity, environmental stability and the look of natural beauty. We employ innovative yet practical, comfortable and spacious designs by renowned architects. And our high standards, exceptional quality workmanship and attention to detail are second to none.
